Began his professional career at the age of fourteen, succeeding in competitive interviews before completing Year 12 and working alongside experienced engineers and senior professionals for a United States based organisation — an early marker of the drive and capability that have defined his career.

Founded and grew CAQA and Career Calling International into a nationally trusted and internationally recognised group serving thousands of organisations across the VET and higher-education sectors.

Directs CAQA, a well-established and internationally recognised consultancy serving thousands of organisations across the VET and higher-education sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Advise RTOs, TAFEs and higher-education providers on compliance across ASQA, VRQA, ESOS and CRICOS, the Higher Education Standards Framework, the AQTF, state funding and ISO frameworks.
  • Lead quality assurance, audit readiness, rectification and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee one of the sector's largest libraries of training and compliance resources.
